If you are an experienced Civil Engineer looking for a good opportunity in interior finishing and high-rise building projects, Promarc is hiring a Senior Engineer for its growing team. This position is based in Indore, with project opportunities across Indore and Ujjain.
The company is looking for someone who understands site execution, interior finishing work, quality control and project coordination and can independently handle responsibilities at the project site. Immediate joiners will be preferred for this position.
About the Senior Engineer Job.
The Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing and monitoring interior finishing activities at high-rise residential and commercial projects. The role involves working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams to make sure the work progresses smoothly.
The right candidate should be comfortable working at a construction site, handling day-to-day execution challenges and making sure work is completed as per project requirements. Good coordination and communication skills are important because the position involves regular interaction with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior finishing works at high-rise building projects and ensuring that activities are completed within the planned timeline and budget.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing interior finishing and fit-out activities at project sites.
Checking the quality of materials and finishing work.
Coordinating with architects, consultants, clients and contractors.
Monitoring manpower, materials and daily site activities.
Reviewing method statements and supporting smooth execution.
Ensuring work follows required safety and quality standards.
Coordinating with vendors for materials and project requirements.
Identifying site-related issues and helping resolve them on time.
Maintaining project quality, progress and execution standards.
Skills and Qualifications Required.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in interior finishing work, preferably on high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
A Degree in Civil Engineering is required. The candidate should have practical knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction methods and site execution.
Experience in interior fit-out, quality control, material management, BOQ and estimation will be useful for this role. Candidates should also be comfortable using MS Office and AutoCAD.
Apart from technical knowledge, Promarc is looking for someone with good communication and leadership skills who can coordinate with different teams and manage site activities independently.
