Deputy Project Manager
Experience:- 8+ Years
Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Locations:- Pune, Solapur, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Thane, Palghar, Ahilya Nagar, Nashik, Kolhapur and Sindhudurg.
Key Responsibilities:-
Project Manager:
• Manage geotechnical and slope stabilization projects.
• Handle rockfall netting/mesh, shotcrete, soil nailing and anchoring works.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, machinery, materials and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and QA/QC teams.
• Ensure HSE, quality and project specifications are followed.
• Lead site teams and prepare project performance reports.
Deputy Project Manager:
• Manage day-to-day site execution and multiple work fronts.
• Supervise rockfall protection, shotcrete, soil nailing, drilling, grouting and anchoring works.
• Monitor materials, equipment, productivity and progress.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, drawings and approved ITPs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams.
Essential Experience:-
Project Manager candidates should have 14–20+ years of overall construction/project management experience, including 6–8 years specifically in rockfall protection, shotcrete, soil nailing and ground anchoring projects.
Deputy Project Manager candidates should have 8+ years of construction/site experience, including 3–5 years in rockfall protection, shotcrete, soil nailing and rock/ground anchoring works.
Hands-on experience in hill or mountain terrain projects will be preferred.
